It’s ‘Ban Bullying at Work Day’ on 7th November 2008. Did you know that one in four adults have been bullied in the last five years? More than two million people are bullied at work in the UK.
Workplace bullying is a silent disease affecting millions of people throughout the UK. Nobody is immune, so turning a blind eye or a deaf ear is no longer an option. Targets of bullying are either afraid that making a complaint will worsen the situation, or that they simply won’t be believed. Too many people still feel that bullying is normal working practice.
